What the pages are for

The legal name, the street address, the phone, the email, the business license number, and the D-U-N-S number are on the site so a reader can check them. A service page sets out what a letter may ask. It becomes an offer only when a later written reply says that it does.

Six names, and what they are not

King Line, Leisure Note, and Limited Plate are passages of ordinary text. They are not a royal grant, not a resort booking, and not a second company. Site Margin, Leisure Seam, and King Count do not present MORLORAX LLC as a platform's official partner, and they do not promise a review outcome, a count of installs, a count of clicks, or revenue. Site Margin is not a magazine. Leisure Seam is not a reservation. King Count is not a download count. The domain words king, leisure, and limited do not turn the company into a hotel, a tour operator, a chess shop, or any name other than MORLORAX LLC. The city name Little Rock does not turn the company into a visitor bureau. The street name in the address does not turn the company into a rope or tack seller.

Letters the mailbox will not take

The site and the support mailbox will turn away a review written for someone else. They will turn away a download tied to a reward. They will turn away an account opened or lent for a client. They will turn away an invented count of visits. They will turn away a request to hide the work from a store.

Attachments

Send only files you have the right to send. Passwords stay out of the letter. Payment cards stay out of the letter. An identity document that names another person stays out of the letter.

The drawing and the words

Text on the site, and the double-underline mark, belong to MORLORAX LLC, except a passage marked as yours. A personal copy kept for your own checking is fine. Turning the site into a product, or speaking as the company, needs written consent first.

No promise that every page is perfect

Pages are offered as they stand. Where the law permits, MORLORAX LLC does not promise that the site will stay up without a break, or that every line is free of mistakes. After a company record changes, the text on Company Information is the one to trust.

Indirect loss

Where the law permits, MORLORAX LLC does not take on indirect loss that comes from using the site or from relying on a general description. Liability that the applicable law refuses to let a contract set aside is not set aside here.

Outside pages

An outward link, if one appears, is governed by that other site. Social accounts and store links are not part of the current pages. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts.

Arkansas

The State of Arkansas, United States, supplies the law for these terms. Conflict rules that would send the question to another jurisdiction are not applied. A court dispute goes to the Arkansas state court with jurisdiction in Pulaski County, or to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Arkansas is organized by county. It is not organized by borough. Naming Little Rock in the mailing address does not make a municipal court the sole venue.
